To make sure your support experience is smooth and efficient, we use a ticket system. Every request gets a unique ticket number so you can easily follow up and check responses online. You’ll also have access to a full history of your past requests whenever you need it. Just make sure to use a valid email address when submitting a ticket — that’s how we keep you in the loop.
