How do I register for an account?

Simply go to the registration page. You’ll need to provide your name, email address, and create a password. Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive an email to verify your account. Just click the link to complete the registration process.

What if I don't have a SVL email account?

No problem! Our IT department will set one up for you so you can get started.

Now that I have an account, what do I do with it?

Once your account is fully registered, you can submit a ticket to the IT Department using a simple form. You can also email any issues to [email protected] to automatically start a new ticket.

How do I update an IT helpdesk ticket?

When you receive a response from the IT Department—delivered straight to your inbox—you can simply reply to that email to update your ticket. You can also log into your account at any time to view the status of your ticket and add additional details.
